Official Program Rules
1. Organizer
The Istina Community Progress program (“Community Progress” or the “Program”) is organized by Altiora Labs LLC (“Istina,” “we,” “us” or the “Organizer”).

Community Progress recognizes and rewards Istina members who help grow an active and engaged community.
Participation is voluntary and subject to these Official Program Rules (“Rules”), Istina’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
2. No Purchase Necessary — No Element of Chance
NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT, SUBSCRIPTION, CRYPTOCURRENCY TRANSFER OR OTHER FINANCIAL CONTRIBUTION IS NECESSARY TO ENTER, PARTICIPATE OR RECEIVE A REWARD.
Making a purchase or payment will not affect a participant’s eligibility, points, ranking or ability to receive a reward.
Community Progress is a skill- and activity-based program. Rewards are determined solely according to the objective point system and ranking criteria described in these Rules.
There is no random drawing, lottery, raffle or other element of chance used to determine reward recipients. All rewards are determined exclusively by objectively measurable participant activity and the chronological order or total number of valid points earned. No reward is determined by chance, random selection, drawing or lottery.
3. Program Period
The Program begins on October 1, 2026 at 14:00 UTC and ends on October 31, 2026 at 14:00 UTC (“Program Period”).
Only eligible activity completed and valid points earned during the Program Period count toward milestone rewards and the final ranking.
Istina’s systems are the official timekeeping and point-recording systems for the Program.
4. Eligibility
To participate for rewards, a person must:
- (a) be at least 18 years old at the time of participation;
- (b) maintain a valid Istina account;
- (c) be a legal resident of an Eligible Country;
- (d) comply with these Rules and Istina’s Terms of Use; and
- (e) be legally permitted to participate and receive the applicable reward.
For this Program, the Eligible Countries are:
Albania, Argentina (excluding Mendoza, Neuquén, Río Negro, Salta and Tierra del Fuego), Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Côte d’Ivoire, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Guatemala, Hungary, Iceland, Indonesia, Ireland, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Montenegro, the Netherlands, New Zealand, North Macedonia, Norway, Panama, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, the United Kingdom, the United States and Uruguay.
Employees, officers and directors of Altiora Labs LLC, and persons directly involved in administering the Program, are not eligible to receive rewards.
The Program and rewards are void where prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
Availability of Istina in a country or territory does not automatically mean that Community Progress rewards are available there.
Eligibility is determined according to a participant’s actual legal residence and may not be established or changed through a VPN, temporary travel, profile location or other technical means.
Istina may request reasonable documentation necessary to verify a participant’s identity, age, residence and eligibility.
5. Invitations
Every Istina member may invite others to join Istina.
Each member has an invitation code associated with their account. A new member must join using that invitation code or its corresponding invitation link for their activity to be attributed to the inviting member.
Each new member may be attributed to one inviting member only.
There is no fixed limit on the number of genuine people a member may invite during the Program Period, subject to these Rules, Istina’s Terms of Use and applicable anti-spam requirements.
6. How Points Are Earned
For purposes of the Program, an “eligible new member” is a genuine individual who creates a new Istina account during the Program Period using the participant’s invitation code or invitation link and whose account and activity comply with these Rules and Istina’s Terms of Use. For each eligible new member, the participant may earn:
- +5 points — when the eligible new member creates and maintains a valid Istina account using the participant’s invitation code or invitation link;
- +1 point — when the invited member uploads a genuine profile picture;
- +1 point per Moment, up to 5 points — for each of the first five eligible Moments published by the invited member.
Each invited member can therefore generate a maximum of 11 points.
Points have no independent monetary or cash value. They cannot be purchased, sold, transferred between members, exchanged or redeemed except for determining eligibility for the rewards expressly provided under these Rules.
The same activity cannot generate points more than once.
7. Genuine Activity and Fair Participation
Community Progress is intended to reward genuine community growth and genuine participation.
The following activity does not qualify and may be excluded:
- fake, fictitious or duplicate accounts;
- self-created or self-controlled referral accounts;
- multiple accounts created or controlled by the same individual;
- automated accounts or bots;
- purchased or artificially obtained registrations;
- accounts created primarily or solely to generate points;
- fabricated or manipulated activity;
- spam or mass unsolicited invitations;
- collusion or coordinated activity intended primarily to manipulate the Program;
- fraudulent, deceptive or misleading activity;
- exploitation of technical errors or vulnerabilities; or
- activity violating Istina’s Terms of Use or applicable law.
Istina may investigate suspicious activity and may withhold, reverse or correct points reasonably determined to result from invalid activity.
If an invited member deletes their account, is suspended, is determined to be ineligible or is found to have engaged in invalid activity before the Program ends, points generated by that account may be removed.
The temporary display of points does not prevent Istina from subsequently correcting them where the underlying activity is found to be invalid.
8. Milestone Reward
The first 15 eligible members whose accounts are verified by Istina as having reached at least 222 valid points during the Program Period will each receive:
222 USDC
The qualifying order will be based on the timestamp at which each participant first reached 222 points that remain valid following verification.
Once 15 eligible members have validly qualified, subsequently reaching 222 points does not create entitlement to the Milestone Reward.
If points responsible for a participant qualifying are subsequently determined to be invalid before the reward is finalized, those points may be removed and the reward may be allocated to the next eligible participant.
9. Top Contributor Rewards
At the end of the Program Period, participants will be ranked according to their total number of valid points.
The five highest-ranked eligible members will receive:
- #1 — 1,111 USDC
- #2 — 555 USDC
- #3 — 222 USDC
- #4 — 111 USDC
- #5 — 55 USDC
Top Contributor Rewards are additional to the Milestone Reward.
A member who receives a 222 USDC Milestone Reward remains eligible for a Top Contributor Reward.
10. Ties
If two or more participants finish with the same number of valid points, the participant who reached that final point total first, according to Istina’s official system timestamps, will rank higher.
No tie will be resolved by chance or random selection.
11. Verification and Disqualification
All rewards are subject to final eligibility and activity verification.
Before confirming a reward, Istina may reasonably review the participant’s account and relevant invited-member activity.
Istina may request reasonable evidence of identity, age, legal residence, payment information or other information necessary to verify eligibility, comply with applicable law or deliver a reward.
Istina may disqualify a participant where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, manipulation, collusion, fake accounts, automation, material violation of these Rules or Istina’s Terms of Use, or conduct intended to undermine the fair operation of Community Progress.
Where correcting invalid points is sufficient to preserve a fair result, Istina may correct those points without disqualifying the participant entirely.
Decisions will be based on reasonably available evidence and will not be made arbitrarily.
12. Rewards and Payment
All reward amounts are stated in USDC.
Subject to applicable law, rewards will be credited in USDC to the recipient’s Istina wallet.
USDC rewards will only be credited where the receipt and use of USDC as a reward is permitted under the laws and regulations applicable in the recipient’s country of residence and where such payment is permitted by applicable sanctions, regulatory, compliance and payment restrictions.
Where payment in USDC is unavailable, restricted, prohibited or reasonably impracticable, Istina may provide the reward in an equivalent amount of fiat currency or through another lawful payment method.
Where an alternative payment method is used, Istina will provide a reward of substantially equivalent value at the time the reward is processed.
Rewards are personal to the recipient and may not be transferred, assigned or sold before they are credited or paid.
Participants may be required to provide identity, bank, payment, tax or other information reasonably necessary for Istina to verify eligibility, comply with applicable legal or regulatory requirements, or deliver a reward through an alternative payment method.
Istina may delay the crediting or payment of a reward for the period reasonably necessary to complete any legally required identity, sanctions, anti-money-laundering, tax or other compliance checks.
Nothing in these Rules requires Istina to credit, transfer or otherwise make available USDC where doing so would violate applicable law, sanctions, regulatory requirements or other binding restrictions. In such circumstances, Istina may provide the equivalent reward through a lawful alternative payment method.
13. Taxes
Recipients are responsible for taxes, duties or other personal fiscal obligations arising from a reward to the extent imposed on them by applicable law.
Istina may make any withholding, reporting or deduction required by applicable law and may request information reasonably necessary to satisfy those obligations.
14. Reward Notification and Claim
Istina will contact reward recipients through the Istina application and/or contact information associated with their account.
Recipients may be required to confirm eligibility and provide information reasonably necessary for verification and payment.
Unless applicable law requires otherwise, if a recipient does not respond or provide reasonably requested verification or payment information within 30 days after notification, the reward may be forfeited where Istina cannot reasonably complete verification or payment as a result.
Istina will make reasonable efforts to contact an eligible recipient before treating a reward as forfeited.
15. Technical Errors
Istina will use reasonable efforts to operate Community Progress accurately and continuously.
Temporary outages, delayed point displays or similar technical problems do not automatically invalidate otherwise legitimate activity if Istina can reasonably verify that the qualifying activity occurred within the Program Period.
Istina may correct points, rankings or timestamps affected by technical errors, duplicate attribution or invalid activity to reflect the activity that actually occurred.
A point balance or ranking resulting from an obvious technical error does not create an entitlement to a reward.
16. Changes, Suspension or Cancellation
Istina may make reasonable changes to the administration of Community Progress where necessary to:
- comply with applicable law or regulatory requirements;
- address fraud, abuse or security issues;
- correct a material technical error;
- respond to circumstances outside Istina’s reasonable control; or
- preserve the integrity and fair operation of the Program.
Istina will not use this provision solely to avoid paying a legitimately earned reward.
Where reasonably practicable, material changes affecting participants will be communicated through Istina or another appropriate channel.
If the Program must be suspended or terminated due to circumstances outside Istina’s reasonable control, legitimately earned rewards will be handled fairly and in accordance with applicable law.
17. Consumer Rights and Advertising
Community Progress and related promotional communications will be administered in accordance with applicable advertising, promotional and consumer-protection laws.
Nothing in these Rules excludes, restricts or waives any mandatory consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
Where a provision of these Rules conflicts with a mandatory legal requirement applicable to a participant, that mandatory requirement will apply to the extent of the conflict.
18. Liability
Nothing in these Rules excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Altiora Labs LLC is not responsible for loss caused solely by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including failures of third-party telecommunications networks, blockchain networks, banks, payment processors or other third-party infrastructure.
Altiora Labs LLC is not responsible for a participant’s inability to receive a reward resulting from inaccurate payment information supplied by that participant or from a participant’s failure to satisfy applicable legal or eligibility requirements.
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory statutory or consumer rights.
19. Personal Data
Personal information used in connection with Community Progress will be processed in accordance with Istina’s Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection laws.
Information may be processed where reasonably necessary to administer Community Progress, attribute invitations, calculate and verify points, prevent fraud, determine eligibility, contact participants, distribute rewards and satisfy legal, tax and compliance obligations.
20. Governing Law
These Rules and Community Progress are governed by the laws of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Nothing in these Rules limits any mandatory rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
21. Language
These Official Program Rules are originally prepared in English.
Translations may be provided for convenience or to comply with applicable law.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, if there is an inconsistency between the English version and a translation, the English version will prevail.
Where applicable law requires particular information or terms to be provided in a local language or gives a local-language version mandatory effect, that requirement will apply.
22. Severability
If any provision of these Rules is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that provision will apply to the maximum extent legally permissible and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

By participating in Community Progress, the participant agrees to these Official Program Rules, Istina’s Terms of Use and applicable Privacy Policy.
Participation is entirely optional. Members may use Istina without participating in Community Progress.
